Research Use and Assumption of Risk

Our products exist for one purpose, in-vitro laboratory research, and using them in or on humans or animals in any way, including ingestion or administration of any kind, is strictly prohibited. They have not been evaluated by the FDA.

• You accept the risk. Purchasing, storing, handling, and using these materials is done entirely at your own risk.
• Uses that are not permitted. These are not materials for pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, agricultural, or household applications, nor for any diagnostic or therapeutic procedure.
• We can decline a sale. Where a buyer does not qualify, or appears to intend a prohibited use, we may turn down or cancel the order.

How to Treat Site Information

Anything we publish, whether an article, a research summary, or product information, is there for education and general information only. None of it is medical advice, and none of it should be read as a claim about safety or effectiveness. Where we reference published research, we do so to provide scientific background, not to suggest any use beyond in-vitro research.

Acceptable Use

• put the site to any unlawful use

Governing Law and Agreement

Wyoming state law governs these terms. Any dispute arising under them will be heard in Sheridan County, Wyoming, before either a state or a federal court there. These terms include a severability clause, and alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy, they make up the complete agreement between you and us.
