Terms of Service

The terms below apply to every order placed on or after the date shown above. Throughout this document, “Kylo Peptides,” “we,” and “us” all refer to Kylo Labs LLC.

Agreeing to These Terms

By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, please do not use the site or purchase from us. We may revise these terms at any point, and by continuing to use the site after a change takes effect, you accept the revised version.

Research Use Only

Everything we sell is meant only for laboratory and in-vitro research. None of it qualifies as food, cosmetics, a dietary supplement, or a drug, and none of it is produced for use in humans or animals, including pets and every other veterinary use.

When you place an order, you confirm that you are a qualified research professional and that you will handle the materials in a lawful manner. Any misuse, whether that means human consumption, resale to individual consumers, or use in unapproved clinical settings, is not permitted and cancels any warranty that would otherwise apply.

Who Can Order at Kylo

To order, you must be 21 or older and qualified to conduct professional research. For larger orders or restricted compounds, institutional buyers may need to confirm their affiliation. Keeping your login details secure is your responsibility, and you are accountable for everything done through your account.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and can change without prior notice. A quote issued for custom synthesis remains valid for 30 days from the date we send it. We may decline or cancel an order for any legitimate reason, including suspected misuse, verification that is incomplete, or stock that has run out. We accept payment by major credit card, ACH, and wire transfer, and institutions that pass verification may request Net-30 terms.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders within the US placed on a business day are dispatched within 24 hours, with standard delivery typically taking 2 to 4 business days. Institutions that qualify can request international shipping. Once we hand a package to the carrier, responsibility for any loss passes to the buyer.

Returns and Refunds

Should a peptide not match its certificate of analysis when independently retested, we will either replace it or issue a refund. To make a claim, submit your retest documentation within 30 days of delivery. Aside from that circumstance, vials that have been opened cannot be returned. Report any damaged or incorrect shipment to us within 48 hours of its arrival.

Memberships

The Kylo Lifetime Membership is a one-time fee that unlocks member pricing (currently 50% off member-eligible products) applied automatically at checkout, plus early access to launches and Member Drops. The membership fee itself is never discounted: no coupon, promotion, store credit, referral credit, or member discount applies to it, and it does not count toward free-shipping or gift thresholds. Membership is personal to the account that bought it and cannot be transferred, shared, or resold. Seats are sold in limited rounds shown on the membership page; when a round sells out the fee for the next round rises and does not come back down, the price you paid is never affected. If a membership order is refunded or charged back, the membership and any benefits, credits, or discounts earned through it are revoked.

Discounts & Promotions

One discount code applies per order unless a promotion says otherwise. Codes and automatic promotions cannot be combined with a cart that contains the membership, and never discount the membership fee. Promotional thresholds, free shipping, free gifts, and similar, are computed on the goods subtotal, excluding the membership and any free items. We may change, pause, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and we may cancel orders that exploit a pricing or promotion error. Discounts have no cash value.

Store Credits & Cashback

Kylo Credits are promotional store credits issued as single-use codes locked to the email address they were issued to. Paid orders currently earn 10% of the goods total back in credits; credits may also be issued for referrals, signups, or goodwill. Every credit expires 60 days after it is issued, the date is shown beside each credit in your account, and an expired credit cannot be restored. Each credit carries a minimum order value and is used in full on a single order, so a credit can cover only a small share of a cart (for cashback credits, about 25%). Credits are not cash: they have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for money, never apply to the membership fee, though members may spend credits on products under the same caps, even while other discount codes are closed to them, and are forfeited if the earning order is refunded or charged back, or if we find abuse. When credits are spent alongside a refunded order, we may reissue or deduct them at our discretion.

Referral Program

When someone places their first paid order through your referral link, you receive $30 in Kylo Credits and they receive $30 in Kylo Credits. Referral credits follow the store-credit terms above, including the 60-day expiry and minimum order values. Rewards are granted once per referred customer, on their first qualifying order only. Self-referrals, referrals between accounts under common control, incentivized or misleading solicitation, bulk or automated distribution of links, and bidding on Kylo brand terms are prohibited; we may withhold or reverse rewards from any order we reasonably believe violates these rules, and repeated abuse ends participation. The program may change or end at any time; earned credits keep their stated expiry.

Affiliate Program

Affiliate participation is by application and may be declined or ended at our discretion. Affiliates earn the rewards stated on their affiliate dashboard for tracked, completed, non-refunded orders; tracking depends on the visitor arriving through the affiliate link and completing checkout in the same browser. Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Kylo where required (including FTC guidelines), and must never market our products as being for human or animal use, make health, dosing, or therapeutic claims, target minors, send spam, misrepresent pricing, or bid on Kylo brand terms. Violations forfeit unpaid rewards and terminate the affiliate account. Orders that are refunded, cancelled, or charged back do not earn rewards.

Chargebacks & Fraud

If a charge looks wrong, contact us first, most issues are resolved faster than a card dispute. We investigate every chargeback; disputes we can document as invalid are contested, and accounts that file fraudulent disputes, abuse promotions, or attempt to obtain goods or credits deceptively are closed, with any remaining credits, rewards, and membership benefits forfeited. We may decline future orders from customers, addresses, or payment fingerprints associated with fraud.

Ownership of Our Content

Everything published on this site, including the text, graphics, logos, the Kylo wordmark, and our analytical templates, belongs to Kylo Labs LLC and is protected under US and international copyright law. When we carry out custom synthesis from a sequence you provide, no rights in that sequence pass to us, and we will not share your sequences with any third party unless you consent.

Disclaimers

We provide our products “as is” for research use, according to the specifications on each certificate of analysis, and we make no guarantee of fitness beyond what that certificate documents. Any information on this site is educational only and should not be treated as medical, scientific, or legal advice.

Limitation of Liability

So far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order that gave rise to it. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, which includes lost research data, lost profits, and delays to research.

Governing Law

The State of Wyoming’s laws govern these terms, without applying its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
