Shipping Policy

How we process, pack, and deliver your order. Orders dispatch within 24 hours on business days, 2 to 4 day US delivery, and free US shipping on orders over $150.

How Orders Are Processed

• A domestic order placed on a business day (Monday through Friday) is dispatched within 24 hours.
• Anything placed over a weekend or holiday ships on the next business day.
• We fulfill from two warehouses, our primary one in Austin, TX covering the East and Central regions and a second in Long Beach, CA for the West Coast, and orders route to whichever is closer automatically.

Shipping Within the US

For standard delivery we use USPS Priority, which runs 2 to 4 business days and costs $19.99, waived entirely once an order clears $150. If you need it faster, UPS 2-Day Air arrives within two business days and UPS Next Day Air within one, with the exact cost for either shown at checkout.

Shipping Abroad

Qualifying research institutions can receive international shipments, and we currently serve Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and a number of APAC countries. Three things are needed first: an institutional (not residential) address, an end-use declaration for any restricted compound, and pre-approval of the order. Any customs duties, VAT, or import charges are paid by the recipient.

Temperature and Cold-Chain Handling

Lyophilized peptides hold up well at ambient temperature over a normal transit window, so most ship without any insulation. When a shipment calls for it, for a long international route, a warm-region delivery in summer, or a specific stability concern, we add thermal packaging at no extra cost. Any cold-chain order leaves only on a Monday or Tuesday, which keeps it out of weekend transit.

Tracking Your Order

Within four hours of an order’s release, we email a tracking number that you can follow on the carrier’s site or from your account dashboard. Once the package reaches the carrier, responsibility for any loss sits with the buyer, so we suggest shipping to an institutional address that has a receiving desk.

If a Shipment Arrives Damaged or Wrong

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, incorrect, or missing, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace or refund the affected items at our discretion. Where a carrier confirms a package was never delivered, we reship it free of charge.

Where We Can Deliver

We deliver to physical institutional addresses in the US: contract synthesis operations, CROs, biotech facilities, and university labs among them. USPS shipments may go to a PO Box, but other carriers cannot. And if an order is refused or returned because of an address the buyer entered incorrectly, the buyer covers the cost of sending it again.

Restrictions and Compliance

Certain peptides fall under US export controls (EAR or ITAR) or carry institutional restrictions. We operate within US export law and may decline to send particular compounds to particular destinations or buyers. Everything we ship is sold for in-vitro research only.
