The two peptides are the same; the packaging is not. The Wolverine Blend combines BPC-157 and TB-500 in a single vial at a fixed ratio, while the Wolverine Stack supplies each in its own vial. The stack lets you handle the two independently, and the blend keeps them together in one preparation.
Two vials: BPC-157 at 5mg and TB-500 at 5mg, each lyophilized and sealed on its own. They are sold together as a set but stay fully separate, so each is reconstituted and used individually.
