What We Collect

• Info you give us. When you fill in a form or ask for a quote, we receive details such as your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, the institution you’re affiliated with, and any sequence or research-use information the request involves.
• Info gathered automatically. As you browse, our systems log data like your IP address, the browser and device you’re on, which pages you open, where you arrived from, and the times of those visits. We use this only for security, fraud prevention, and analytics viewed in aggregate.
• Info from other parties. Our payment processors confirm your transactions, our shipping carriers report delivery status, and, for wholesale accounts, institutional verification services help us confirm eligibility.

Why We Use It

We rely on your information to fill and process orders, custom synthesis included, and to give you support. It also lets us confirm that a buyer qualifies as a research professional before we sell a restricted compound, send you transactional email such as order confirmations, COA notifications, and shipping updates, strengthen our security and catch fraud, and meet our legal and export-control obligations.

When We Share It

Your personal information is never sold. We pass it only to the service providers who help us operate, our payment processors, shipping carriers, independent QC laboratory, and email and IT infrastructure, and only in the amount each one needs to do its job. Beyond that, we disclose information solely when the law requires it or when doing so is necessary to protect people’s rights and our team’s safety.

We store account passwords as salted hashes. Should we confirm a security incident that affects your data, we will email you within 72 hours of establishing how far it reaches.

Your rights depend on where you live, but they may include accessing, correcting, transferring, or deleting the information we hold on you. Residents of California are covered by the CCPA, and residents of the EU and UK by the GDPR and UK GDPR. To act on any of these, email us and we’ll reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Minors

Neither the site nor the products are meant for anyone under 21. We don’t knowingly gather information from minors, and if we’re told we have, we delete it.
