Orders are shipped from our US warehouses using tracked carriers, and institutions that qualify can arrange international delivery on request.

Domestic orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days and generally reaches you within two to four business days.

Any US order above $150 ships at no cost, while orders below that carry a flat rate. You can also choose expedited or cold-chain delivery, charged at cost.

We can deliver to qualifying institutions across Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and a number of APAC markets. An institutional address is required, and certain compounds also call for an end-use declaration.

There's no need for them to be. Because lyophilized peptides remain stable at room temperature, most travel without cold packs, and we include thermal packaging at no charge whenever a route is long, international, or runs through summer heat.

Every order includes tracking. We send the number by email a few hours after the order is released.

Unless a listing says otherwise, we hold each peptide to a purity threshold of 99% or higher by RP-HPLC, and the measured figure for your particular lot appears on its COA.

Every lot has its certificate available in our public COA library, searchable by lot number, where you can see the HPLC purity result, the LC-MS identity confirmation, and the counter-ion content.

Testing happens in three places. We run HPLC and LC-MS ourselves, and then independent ISO/IEC 17025-accredited labs then repeats the analysis blind on the same batch.

A batch that fails never leaves us. We either re-purify or re-synthesize it, and anyone affected is notified.

Lyophilized material should stay sealed and frozen at −20 °C. Reconstituted aliquots should be held at 2–8 °C for short-term laboratory work, or at −20 °C for longer studies, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

When it's kept properly at −20 °C, lyophilized material generally lasts somewhere between two and five years. Each COA carries the precise expiry.

What's printed on the label is the net peptide mass. Once you factor in counter-ions and bound water, the total can run 5 to 20% higher, which is why both the net and gross figures appear on the COA.

A linear peptide of 30 amino acids or fewer usually takes 10 to 14 business days. Anything longer or modified runs to 14 to 21 days, and cyclic or stapled sequences are quoted individually.

Our capabilities include acetylation, amidation, PEGylation, lipidation, phosphorylation, and biotinylation, along with fluorescent tags such as FAM, TAMRA, FITC, Cy3, and Cy5, and isotope labeling.

We do, using mutual NDAs as standard practice.

Our customers are qualified research professionals, and for larger or restricted orders we may ask an institution to verify itself.

We don't. Everything we sell is research-grade, and buyers who need GMP or clinical material are pointed toward a registered cGMP CDMO.

Sensitive sequences are handled under US export controls, and we may ask for end-use documentation before fulfilling them.

Should a peptide fail an independent COA retest, we'll either replace it or issue a refund. Beyond that, vials that have been opened can't be returned.
